Before working with Amanda, Dani was exhausted, both physically and emotionally. Even chasing after her young son left her out of breath. She felt anxious and nauseous just thinking about her first training session, and she wasn’t making any time for herself at all. Like many mums, she believed being a good wife and mother meant always putting everyone else first, leaving nothing left for her own needs.

Dani took a leap and joined Amanda’s space. Over the next 18 months, everything began to shift. She committed to showing up for herself and slowly built her strength and fitness. What once felt impossible, like bench pressing 6kg, turned into confidently pressing 12.5kg. She dropped from a size 12 to a size 8, lost over 10kg, and started looking forward to her sessions.
But it wasn’t just the physical results. To Dani’s surprise, she found herself laughing during workouts and connecting deeply with a group of women who made her feel supported and seen. Training became more than exercise, it became a space where she could belong and just be herself.

Today, Dani has more energy, confidence, and a whole new perspective on self-care. She’s realised that prioritising herself isn’t selfish, it allows her to show up as a better mum and wife. What once felt overwhelming has become an empowering and essential part of her life. Looking back, Dani says the biggest transformation happened the moment she finally said yes to herself and stepped into Amanda’s space, calling it one of the best decisions she’s ever made.

Before I started with Amanda, I was exhausted, physically and emotionally. I’d get out of breath just following my son around as he learnt to walk. I felt anxious and nauseous at the thought of my first session, and I wasn’t making any time for myself at all. I thought being a good mum and wife meant always putting everyone else first.
In the last 18 months, I’ve gone from a size 12 to a size 8, and I’ve lost over 10kg. I used to struggle to bench press 6kg, and now I can confidently press 12.5kg. At first, I felt like I was dying during sessions, now I feel that way when I miss them!

Kelly committed to consistent training, focused on technique, and let go of the all-or-nothing mindset. With Amanda’s support, she built healthier habits around nutrition, moved away from restriction, and prioritised her own wellbeing. When Jessica first joined Amanda’s training, she was looking for more than just another workout. Living with an autoimmune condition, she needed a space that understood her unique health challenges, one that could offer both flexibility and support. Like many women, she also craved a consistent routine, community connection, and the confidence that comes from putting her health first.

Jessica became part of the 6am crew, a vibrant, encouraging group of women who quickly became her cheerleaders. With Amanda’s thoughtful coaching style, every session brought variety and challenge, but always with options tailored to her needs. Whether it was introducing her to yoga (her new obsession) or gently pushing her when she needed it, Amanda created an environment where Jessica could thrive physically, emotionally, and mentally.
