  Perfect for those building consistency while balancing a busy schedule.
- 3 Sessions per Week – $56/week
  Our most popular option—great value for women looking to accelerate their progress.
- 4 Sessions PLUS yoga – $66/week
  Train 4 times a week in the gym, plus access to additional yoga sessions.
- Unlimited All Inclusive - $77/week
  Train as many times as you like across all scheduled sessions on the timetable.
- Virtual Memberships Available – $36/week unlimited access
